Products are available in Canada and the US. We use suppliers in each country to help customers avoid customs and duties taxes. Please be aware of which country you are ordering from (drop down at top of the website) to ensure you do not pay customs and duties.

Canadian Shipping

Shipping times are based on time of year, the availability of the product and the order size.

Most orders are shipped within 2-7 days of the order. This may increase during high volume seasons and holiday periods.

If the item is out of stock, or the order contains 12 or more items, the order may take longer to fulfill.

Shipping is free for all orders over $50 and has a flat rate of $3 for items up to $50.

US Shipping

Shirts, Sweaters, and Hats

Most orders are manufactured and shipped within a week. Please allow a 2-3 week turn-around. Items shipped to Canada (retailers) may take longer than the 2-3 week turnaround. However, if orders exceed 3 items, there could be a slight delay.

Our products are printed as they are ordered as part of our dedication to the environment. We do not have products in stock. Due to the items being printed on-demand, the turn-around time is a little longer.

When ordering shirts, sweaters, and hats, the turnaround time for smaller orders (1-2 items) is typically 2 weeks. The more items ordered the longer the turnaround time. Items over 3, could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Mugs

During off-peak months orders are processed within 3-6 business days on average and ready for shipping.
During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days on average and ready for shipping.

Please understand that estimates do not guarantee an exact time for delivery. So many factors can play a role. Use the estimates as guidelines only.

Year to year can be different. However, we use these times of the year as our peak times. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders.

Tracking Shows Product Arrived

There's not a whole lot we can do when the tracking information shows the packaged order has been delivered. We ask that customers check with everyone in their household, as well as with neighbours in the event that the package was delivered to the wrong house. In our experience, the package is usually located.

If the package is not found, we ask the customer to contact their local post office and many times they can get in touch with the actual person who delivered the package. They may be able to recall where they left the package. It's best to do this soon after the package has been marked as delivered.

No tracking or movement

If a package does not show any movement and has passed the allotted time for delivery we will send a new package at our cost to the customer. We will ask the customer to verify the address or supply us with a new shipping address.

ALL PRODUCTS

For international orders (Canada and US), customers are fully responsible for taxes, customs fees, import duties, that may be required for them to receive their order. We will not refund, remake or reship orders when a customer fails to pay duties or taxes.

Purchasers within Canada and the US, please be aware that there may be extra customs/duties charges over and above the initial payment through our website if you order items under another market (US items ordered for Canadian destination and Canadian items order for US delivery). This charge is at the discretion of the customs/duties agents and is in no way controlled by Mind F Fatigue. Purchases can also be held up for review with the customs and duties offices. We are currently investigating various Canadian locations for our product.
